As Engineering Manager of the Core Platform team at NWBoxed I empower tech teams to deploy resilient and observable services on Kubernetes. We have worked with Datadog over the past year to develop a distributed FinOps capability so engineering teams can take ownership of their running costs. I have previously worked as a Platform Engineer and Full Stack Engineer, often managing estates of expensive infrastructure; Cloud Cost Management is a problem I have brushed with in many different contexts.
When I'm not staring a dashboards and planning my next Committed Use Discount plan I can be found cooking up feasts for friends and powering through obscure film marathons.

Ana Pasparan, is a Senior Manager - Cloud Platforms at Vodafone UK, based in London. Ana leads the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Engineering teams, focusing on enhancing cloud platforms and ensuring the reliability and performance of Vodafone's digital services.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys exploring new things and ideas, and has an English Cocker Spaniel named Milo who keeps Ana busy and ensures early morning wake-ups.

Ayelet is an award-winning technical leader, speaker, mentor and author with 20 years experience in the software industry. Currently a Site Reliability Engineer at Google, formerly Strategic Cloud Engineer and leading PSO-SRE efforts in EMEA. Throughout her career, She developed and designed large scale applications and data flows, while implementing DevOps and SRE’s methodologies. Ayelet is an active member in the tech community, in her spare time, she loves creating things whether it’s a dish in the kitchen or a piece of code.
Jamie Hannaford
Jamie has worked in the SRE space for all of his career -- starting off maintaining LAMP stacks as software engineer, moving into community outreach and upstream OpenStack/Kubernetes development, building out GitHub's incident response tooling and statuspage, and most recently spinning up Datadog's Resilience Engineering organisation. He currently leads around 8 SRE and Security teams building resilience in various forms at Datadog and is passionate about the intersection of these different domains. Outside of work, I like wildly ambitious renovation projects and I recently got into Scuba diving.
Jason Yee
Jason Yee is a Staff Technical Advocate at Datadog, a leading observability and security software-as-a-service platform. He helps Datadog engineers and Datadog customers share their work to inspire and educate other engineers. Previously, he led developer relations at Gremlin and was a software engineer at MongoDB. He’s also a global co-chair of DevOpsDays and helps engineers establish community-run conferences around the world.
Kris Kennaway
Kris Kennaway is a Staff Engineer at Datadog, focusing on Datadog's internal observability and vulnerability management posture. In his spare time you'll find him tinkering with 8-bit retrocomputers, or at the bottom of a trench doing archaeological excavations.
Angela Beteta
Angela Beteta is an engineering manager in the Observability SRE group at Datadog where she focuses on maximising the value from using the Datadog platform at Datadog and supporting our observability needs in partnership with product, security and infrastructure teams. When not using the platform, you could probably find her taking a walk with her dog, spending time with her family or reading a good book.

Daljeet Sandu is a Product Manager at Datadog, a leading observability and security SaaS platform. In his current role, Daljeet leads the development of Datadog’s On-Call product, ensuring seamless scheduling, escalation, and analytics to help teams respond to incidents efficiently. When he’s not building products that wake you up at night, Daljeet enjoys discovering new restaurants, reading a good history book, and playing a casual game of Poker!

Chris Brightman is Director of Engineering Excellence and Enablement in the LSEG Workspace Engineering team, working across observability, automation and developer experience. Chris has over 20 years' experience with the organization working across application development, infrastructure design and delivery, systems architecture and best practice & automation, as an individual contributor, technology/application owner, and leader of engineering teams. Chris has a lifelong passion for making things work better and improving effectiveness, through simplification and automation of what really matters.
Chris Marks
Chris Marks is the Director of Site Reliability and Response at WTW, where he focuses on keeping critical systems reliable, scalable, and resilient. He started his career in software development at a startup, which gave him a strong foundation before moving into site reliability and operations. Chris believes that great system reliability isn’t just about technology. It’s about people working together to solve problems, share knowledge, and build a culture of trust and resilience. With a passion for automation and continuous improvement, Chris is always looking for ways to make systems more efficient, teams more effective and making sure things don’t break (or at least recover quickly when they do). Outside of work, Chris stays busy renovating an old house - learning as he goes with a little help from YouTube - all while keeping the kids out of trouble.

Ian Dugmore is Head of Automation for Workspace at LSEG. Ian joined LSEG two years ago to help transform the Engineering Practices for the Workspace Application. Ian has over 30 years of experience in technology with the majority of these in Financial Services. Ian has developed a passion for building reliable, scalable, and resilient applications, driven by far too many years of being woken up in the middle of the night.
