The Datadog Amazon S3 integration provides visibility into the usage and performance of your S3 buckets across request volume, latency, error rates, and more.

With Datadog’s preconfigured Amazon S3 dashboard, you can:

• Track total storage bytes and object counts to understand your storage utilization.​
• Observe metrics such as total requests, GET and PUT requests, and identify trends in data access patterns.​
• Detect 4xx and 5xx errors to promptly address client or server-side issues.​
• Measure bytes downloaded and uploaded, along with first byte latency, to evaluate data transfer efficiency.​
