Assessing front-end application performance at session start is challenging. Issues like errors, crashes, failed network requests, or poor core web vitals may only become apparent later.
The new RUM tail-based sampler allows users to send all sessions to Datadog and dynamically select which to retain based on event attributes, all from Datadog’s UI without app redeployment.
