In accessing and using the Marketplace, you and any third party accessing the Marketplace through you, will not:

• Use the Marketplace for any illegal, defamatory or fraudulent purpose;
• Violate or incite the violation of the rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt, disable or otherwise harm any aspect of the Marketplace;
• Interfere with the access and use of Marketplace by any other persons;
• Transmit or store viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs; or
• Utilize the Marketplace in a situation where failure or fault of the Marketplace could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to physical or environmental damage.

In the event of any actual or suspected violation of this Policy, Datadog has the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Marketplace and access to the Site.
